Kwame Osei
Founder
Kwame is the Founder of Player Education International. He holds FA level 3 Certificate in Football Coaching and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Football Coaching and Talent Development.
He served as a Community Coach in the East Riding County Hull in the United Kingdom where he mentored young football enthusiasts.
In high school, Kwame was one of the popular football players. He was a midfielder and a great dribbler. He is very passionate about football and football is everything for him. He realizes that most of our young football players lack the fundamental understanding or foundational knowledge of the game of football and believes it is the reason why most of them are not able to take their football to the professional level.
Christian Obeng Boadi
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Christian Obeng Boadi obtained a Professional Certificate in Marketing and an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK). Chris, as he is popularly called, is an accomplished marketing and advertising specialist and education manager. Chris founded and led an advertising firm and Africa’s first and only advertising and design Portfolio School for 13 years. His Portfolio School has attracted students from 13 African countries.
He created and supervised the delivery of skills development and capacity-building programs for a number of leading corporate institutions in Ghana.
He is very much experienced in youth skills development and this is the value addition he brings to the team to deliver on their mandate.
Dominic Haynes
Coach
Dominic holds an MSc in Athletic Development and received his UEFA A license from The FA in 2015. He has worked at several English Academies, including Southampton FC, AFC Bournemouth, Watford FC and Reading FC, in a variety of roles, from Head of Academy Recruitment to Youth Development Phase Lead Coach and has been coaching in elite environments for over 17 years.
Dominic currently runs the Football Coaching & Talent Development Degree at UCFB Wembley, an institution offering fofootball-specificegrees based at Wembley Stadium, London.
Kevin Green
Coach
Kevin holds a Masters Degree in Coaching and the UEFA A license (2012). Kevin spent over 14 years working for The English FA as Regional Manager for London, leading Coach Education and Mentoring Programmes.
Kevin has recently worked with several Premier League clubs as a consultant linked to recent academic research. Prior to joining The English Football Association he worked as a coach for Fulham and Chelsea FC. Kevin currently lectures on the Football Coaching Degrees at UCFB Wembley, an institution offering football-specific degrees based at Wembley Stadium, London, and remains a Coach Educator for The FA on a consultancy basis teaching courses from beginner to UEFA accredited qualifications.
